Public Security Policy is a political paper written by Jia Yi, a writer in the Western Han Dynasty. This paper discusses various potential or obvious social crises during the reign of Emperor Wen, including many serious problems such as "crying, crying and sighing", involving various contradictions between the central and local governors, between Hanting and northern aliens, and between all social strata.
When Jia Yi was the teacher of King Huai of Liang, although he was a fief of Liang, he still observed political affairs and was prepared for danger in times of peace. The king of Huainan and the king of Qibei were both destroyed because of rebellion. Therefore, Jia Yi has repeatedly stated his political affairs ("Public Security Policy"), which generally revolves around three issues: Xiongnu's invasion of the border, loose system and warlord Wang Wuning.
Excerpt from the original text: The land system has been fixed, and the descendants of the imperial clan are not worried about being kings and have no desire to punish, so the world knows your majesty's benevolence. One move and five industries attached, your majesty, who is afraid for a long time?
