From the end of March this year, I started my graduation internship in xx Water Plant. During the internship, under the enthusiastic care and careful guidance of leaders and colleagues, I actively participated in the daily management of xx Waterworks, and paid attention to applying the theoretical knowledge of business administration learned from books to work practice. Deepen the perceptual knowledge of practice with theory, verify the accuracy of theoretical knowledge with practice, and actively explore the essence and law of daily management. The practical life full of tension and freshness has yielded fruitful results.

Xx Water Supply Company is a state-owned holding enterprise approved by the Ministry of Construction. It has introduced a number of international advanced equipment and has a complete first-class qualification category. The existing employees are xx Waterworks, including xx Waterworks with intermediate titles or above, xx Waterworks with engineers and technicians, xx Waterworks with registered capital and total assets.

Looking back on real life, although it was only a few short months, I was deeply touched. In the process of practice, I have adopted the methods of watching, asking, learning and practicing frequently, and have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the daily management of xx Waterworks. After systematically analyzing the characteristics, methods and operation rules of company management, I have a deep understanding of the management concept and enterprise spirit of xx Waterworks.

First, adhere to management-oriented, and constantly build a new profit model.

Facing the increasingly fierce water safety environment and water environmental protection market competition, xx Waterworks can be based on the fundamentals, adhere to the management-oriented, broaden information channels, actively seize market share, continuously increase the intensity of project development, and constantly build new profit models. Take advantage of the east wind of the industrial year to actively participate in the construction of large-scale industrial water technology projects such as xx Waterworks and xx Waterworks. At the same time, take the "going out" development strategy to seize the foreign market of pure water and mineral water and enter the domestic competition. At present, xx Waterworks has branches all over the country, and the enterprises are progressing smoothly and the operation effect is good.

Second, start the enterprise alliance strategy and make effective use of brand technology advantages.

Since 1998, xx Waterworks has been trying to update the concept of market competition, and the company leaders attach great importance to the use of strategic alliances. In the practice of strategic alliance with many brother units with strong economic strength, the company has realized the sharing of operating resources such as capital, talents and technology, increased the economic vitality of the enterprise, and enabled xx Waterworks to focus on the continuous improvement of its own "brand" advantages and the continuous enhancement of its management and business contracting capabilities, providing good development opportunities for the development of the enterprise.

Third, strengthen the construction of enterprise system and implement the strategy of talent rise.

Improve the group system construction, make up for the loopholes in system management, establish a scientific assessment mechanism, and implement a strict management responsibility system. Vigorously implement the strategy of talent rise, establish the golden parachute system and sunshine platform system, give preferential treatment to the backbone of enterprises, and give lifelong care to those who have made special contributions to enterprises; Let those employees who retire from their posts also enjoy the same treatment when they are on the job, so as to reflect the strong humanistic care in the corporate culture.

At the same time, in practice, I also found some problems in the management of xx Waterworks.

1. The market concept and management system do not meet the requirements of the company's rapid development, and the pace of market development is different from the requirements of the company's rapid development. Mainly manifested in the imperfect management system, the responsibilities, rights and interests of the management team and managers need to be further improved.

Second, the management system of the subcontracting team is not perfect and the management procedures are not perfect. There is a phenomenon that the procedures are not connected and the management is not closed in subcontracting management; The technical and safety management personnel of the water technology project department pay insufficient attention to the management of the subcontracting team, have a weak sense of service, and have weak links in the implementation of management means and systems.

Third, the cost consciousness is not strong and the cost control level is not high. Some water science and technology projects have the phenomenon of extensive management and extravagant operation, and the consciousness of paying attention to management and scientific and technological innovation has not been firmly established. In addition, the non-productive expenditure of vehicle management, office supplies consumption and other institutions is increasing, which makes the cost control of xx Waterworks far behind the first-class operating enterprises and reduces the market competitiveness.

Fourth, the awareness of managing enterprises according to law, safeguarding rights according to law and self-protection is not strong. The legal knowledge and awareness of managing enterprises according to law of some leading cadres in the Group have not yet adapted to the requirements of market economy, and they cannot make full use of legal means to safeguard the interests of enterprises. In particular, the handling of creditor's rights and debts is not satisfactory, which has caused huge losses to enterprises and even threatened the stability of enterprises in serious cases.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) needs to be further changed in operation organization and management concept. The consciousness of organizing and managing the operation according to the requirements of the operation contract is not strong, and there is a big gap between the current situation of operation management and the scientific and standardized operation management, which makes it difficult for some water science and technology projects to enter the state at the initial stage of construction and operation and achieve the expected results.

For the problems existing in the operation and management of xx Waterworks, I put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures according to my professional knowledge.

First, further strengthen the concept that production is business continuity. The development of an enterprise depends on the quality and effect of its operation. Only by broadening sources and attracting more projects can we ensure the development of enterprises. With the increasingly fierce market competition, doing a good job in construction projects is an inevitable requirement and prerequisite for undertaking follow-up projects and opening up new markets. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen the concept that production is the continuation of management, make refined products, build brands and establish a first-class corporate image.

Two, to further promote and standardize the management of water science and technology projects. Through fund management, manual management and material management, strengthen the basic management of water technology projects, improve the management of water technology projects in combination with the operation of the "three-in-one" system, intensify monitoring, inspection and rectification, realize closed management, establish a comprehensive evaluation system of the company, intensify the inspection of quality, safety and civilized construction sites, do a good job in rectification and implementation, and promote the improvement of operation management level.

Third, establish the concept of "zero defect and low cost" and seek benefits from refined management. Benefit is the foundation of enterprise's survival and development. Only by implementing the strategy of "zero defect and low cost" can we adapt to the fierce market competition, gain more profit space and accelerate the development of enterprises. Therefore, the whole enterprise must take benefit as the center, deepen the concepts of "zero defect, low cost" and "benefit from refined management" among the cadres and workers of the enterprise, and strive to reduce costs and improve benefits.

Four, promote the rule of law, improve legal awareness, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises. Carry out legal publicity and education in depth, further enhance the legal awareness of cadres and workers, conduct regular legal training for employees, especially middle-level leading cadres, enhance the ability of leading cadres to operate according to law and regulations, improve the management system, clarify the division of responsibilities, strengthen business training, and improve the overall management level of the company's legal affairs.

When the internship was coming to an end, I reviewed my practical life in the past few months. In the process of practice, I feel both the joy of harvest and some regrets. The main reason is that some understanding of the daily operation and management of enterprises is only superficial, and more often, they are watching others do and listening to others, and they have not personally felt and dealt with some practical problems, so they have not understood the essence of enterprise management practice. But through practice, I have deepened the essential understanding of the basic knowledge of business administration, enriched the practical management experience, and made me have a profound perceptual and rational understanding of daily business management, and realized that to do a good job in daily business management, we should not only pay attention to the study of management theory knowledge, but more importantly, we should closely combine practice with theory.
