In this paper, the microstructure and properties of C-Cr-Mo-V series alloys with good microstructure and properties are studied. Various alloys made by hand friction are matched with different solders, and the solders are welded to the test plate by AC arc welding machine. Then the Roche hardness test, microstructure observation and composition inspection are carried out on the welded samples. By analyzing the hardness, microstructure and composition of each sample, the influence law of alloy chemical elements on the microstructure and properties of surfacing alloy was finally obtained, and the best alloy composition ratio was also obtained.
The metal of c-Cr-Mo-V velvet insulation layer is basically Maxwell and austenite, and forms a network or sheet carpet structure, showing a Rayleigh distribution carpet texture on the carpet surface. In the matrix, when the content of Cr and Mo is high, the network carburization is more obvious, which improves the wear resistance of the matrix. This paper draws a conclusion that the welding metal of C-Cr-Mo-V pile is fragile, so it is not appropriate to cool it too early and too quickly during welding, otherwise it is easy to produce cracks and defects.
