Professor, doctoral supervisor, dean of Fudan University Law School, concurrently vice president of China Society of Private International Law, director of China Society of International Law, executive director of China Society of International Economic Law, executive director of china law society WTO Research Association, and vice president of Jiangsu Law Society. He is currently a professor at Macau University of Science and Technology, graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in international law, and a visiting scholar at the University of Wisconsin Law School and the University of glamorgan Law School.
