1, Beijing has a high social security ratio, so it is obviously more cost-effective to pay insurance in Beijing;

2. The more years of payment, the higher the base and the higher the final pension. Moreover, the current policy is that you can receive a pension in Beijing after paying 15 years in Beijing;

3. If you are not a local hukou in Beijing, you can't participate in the insurance in your own name, and you need the unit to pay and repay for you.

PS: If I don't plan to go back to Beijing for development in the future, I personally think it's more convenient to pay insurance locally, especially when I see a doctor. You have medical insurance in Beijing and hold a Beijing medical insurance card. Why do you see a doctor in Harbin? Or your personal choice.
