When I first entered middle school, everything was strange. Strange campus, strange classmates, strange teachers. What remains unchanged is that the sky is still so blue, the trees are still so green and the flowers are still so bright. Over time, everything became familiar, the campus was no longer strange, and classmates and teachers became friends. Then, after a strange journey, everything became happy! Middle school life is mainly about learning. What I hated most at that time was English class. From the first class, I deeply hated taking this course and found myself an excuse of "being satisfied": I believe I love my country, so I don't learn English. It's a pity to think of it now. You still have to learn when you grow up.
Only after attending the mental health education class did I know that adolescence is a special period. Because the development of this period is very complicated and full of contradictions, it is also called "difficult period" and "dangerous period"
Most middle school classmates are simple, but because they are in adolescence, there is not much contact between men and women. They often like a person but always oppose her, while they like her but always speak ill of her in front of others. Now it seems that this is also a feature of adolescence, having a good impression on the opposite sex and a desire to approach the opposite sex. Due to the limitation of environment and public opinion, this vague sense of curiosity and desire has to be suppressed and concealed in front of others. Middle school life is busy and simple. I ended my middle school life and simple life in happiness.
After the college entrance examination, a major turning point in my life, I stepped into an institution of higher learning, and the people and things I contacted greatly broadened my horizons. While eager to enrich my knowledge, I began to learn to evaluate myself and others with a relatively objective attitude, and began to observe people and things in the world with my own eyes. Perhaps this is the so-called growth! Since then, I have gradually felt like an adult ―― I feel that I am shouldering some responsibilities, and I naturally have to bear some things in my life. Today, when I understand some life truths and look back on my growing experience, I find that the setbacks and pains I suffered in the past are not completely worthless, on the contrary, they have far-reaching effects. Today, I have more tolerance, understanding and care for people and things around me, and I am no longer obsessed with personal gains and losses. So some people say that "there is room for growth behind setbacks and pains." After graduating from undergraduate course, I entered the middle school attached to China Southern Airlines, and the pace of life accelerated a lot.
Participated in educational practice, which also gave me the first opportunity to contact the field of psychological counseling. In the school group, each student's personality characteristics are very different, but they also have the same group characteristics, such as high cultural level. Social psychologists believe that group is a field to reveal individual talents and show individual characteristics, and it is a field to promote individual socialization under the influence of social values, concepts and norms. In an organization, the group is the basic unit to achieve organizational goals and tasks. For an educational administrator, it is not enough to know and manage only a single student. It is necessary to study the people in a certain group and the group itself in order to effectively manage the group.
Through this period of study, observation and thinking, not only my mental health level has been greatly improved, but also I gradually re-examine the psychological problems of my classmates and friends from a psychological point of view. I found that, in fact, each of us has psychological problems of one kind or another to varying degrees, and some people even end their lives prematurely because of unbearable psychological burden. All this makes me personally feel that if a person can't face and solve his psychological problems correctly, how will he ruin his life, kill his will and reduce his ability to feel the joy of life. I sincerely hope that every student can feel the beauty of life from the bottom of his heart while completing his studies smoothly, and have the ability to create the life he wants and become a complete person. This hope has strengthened my determination to learn psychological counseling knowledge and skills.
As a party member and an ideological and political educator, I am a materialist. I think the ethics of psychological counseling requires respecting and caring for people, which is just in line with the "people-oriented" ruling concept put forward by the CPC Central Committee. Therefore, "people-oriented" values should be the common values and ethical requirements of all psychological counselors. "People-oriented" may be the psychological counseling with the least emphasis on consulting technology, but it emphasizes understanding and respect for human nature. It believes that everyone has the inner strength of self-growth and self-improvement. Therefore, we must firmly believe that it is not that we solve his problems for the helper, but that the helper has the potential ability to solve his own problems. With our help, he finally solved his own problem. According to this truth, in fact, psychological counseling is not inscrutable. As long as we can adhere to the people-oriented concept and provide a counseling environment conducive to the personal growth and perfection of visitors, I believe he will be able to break free from the pain and solve his own problems. From this point of view, compared with consulting theory and skills, it is more important to establish a good consulting relationship with visitors, pay unconditional attention to them, and understand, accept and respect them. The purpose of learning theory and skills is to realize the fundamental idea of taking visitors as the center to the greatest extent in the consultation process.
Psychological counseling is not only a science, but also an art, and the scientific truth is not difficult to understand, but it is not easy to apply the counseling technology to every helper alone. There is no shortcut to really learn psychological counseling, especially to master the skills of psychological counseling, work creatively, and effectively help those who ask for help to solve problems. You can only learn and understand in practice, and gradually improve and improve. Especially after I really started psychological training, I found that it is not the theory, skills and methods that really determine the psychological counseling process, but the personality of the mental health teacher itself. Only a healthy and stable personality is the fundamental guarantee for mental health teachers to obtain counseling effect. The health and integrity of the counselor's personality determines and limits the degree to which psychological counseling can achieve curative effect. Therefore, mental health teachers' understanding and analysis of themselves and their growth are also one of the most critical factors in psychological counseling.
As a school ideological and political educator, I know that I shoulder the ardent expectations and care of the party and the country, and I feel more responsible. My personality, education and way of thinking are all my advantages in this industry. My professional level and skills are areas that I still need to improve. In this regard, I also expect teachers to give me sincere suggestions to make me more competent for this lofty job. The road of mental health education for middle school students has a long way to go. I will shoulder this sacred mission and escort the mental health of students in school with a serious and pragmatic attitude. "The road is long, Xiu Yuan, Xiu Yuan, and I will go up and down." .
