? "Twinkling stars, the sky is full of little stars ..." When I read Mr. Yu Ye's short stories with a literary childlike innocence, it seems that I have returned to my childhood, looking up at the twinkling stars in the sky, daydreaming and intoxicated. This nursery rhyme naturally rings in my ears. ...

Suddenly one day, I saw an award-winning speech by Olga Tokachuk, a Polish novelist who won the Nobel Prize in Literature Prize in 20 18: "Maybe we should believe in debris, because debris creates stars and can describe more things in multiple dimensions in a more complicated way." At this point, I finally found a powerful theoretical footnote for the strong emotional complex in Mr. Yu Ye's short stories. Therefore, I named this article "Twinkling Stars"!

Now that it is shiny, I am not superficial. Let's talk about the highlights I can see!

Highlight 1: The story is wonderful and interesting.

"Tell a story!" This longing comes not only from our childhood, but also from the ancient times of mankind. In the caves where ancient humans lived, piles of flaming bonfires and stories passed down by word of mouth filled the long night. Far from the ancients! In our childhood, there was no TV and radio at home, and there was a lack of entertainment and information. Listening to adults "telling stories" (telling stories) is indeed the greatest wish. My father is a master storyteller. He loves reading, and he also likes listening and speaking books. He can talk, he can talk. Originally, the story was told to put the children to sleep, but he was full of interest, vivid and colorful, shaking the burden, setting suspense and grasping the rhythm, so that the children kept asking: What happened later? What happened afterwards? At this time, the father told the story in a tone of suspense: if you want to know what will happen, listen to the next chapter. The anxious children were excited for a while, and still remember their father's proud expression at that time.

? Time flies, I'm in my sixties, and I'm retired, doing nothing. Brother Delong (that is, Mr. Yu Ye, formerly known as Chen Delong) and I have the same interests and get along very well. I was even more fortunate to read his short stories, which made me seem to have returned to my childhood when I was listening to Talking about the Past. Of course, telling stories now is not a game to coax children. After winning the Nobel Prize in Literature, Mo Yan also said that he was a storyteller, which sounded a little self-deprecating and ridiculous. In fact, storytelling is the basic skill of a writer, especially a novelist. Telling a good story is the writer's persistent goal, and it is the writer's ability to make readers like, listen and watch! Brother Delong's flash story is wonderful, interesting and humorous. The tone of reading and writing is just as the author told you; Looking down, the lines are like the author chatting with you. "Zhang San gave me a chicken" and "Silly Ya" use dialect slang, laughing and cursing, and they are also very harmonious. Guangling San, Star Falling Dangtu, Yan Hui, etc. The seventh edition of Grateful Fish has quite the leisurely, rich, humorous and free-and-easy style of Lu Xun's New Stories. The three themes of the play, parrot revolution, chess and floating life, are fascinating and intriguing. It can be seen that in storytelling, Brother Delong can speak, speak and speak well!

Highlight 2: The plot is exquisite and rich.

Last summer, I read a book describing the 24-hour story of Chang 'an in the Tang Dynasty, with 400,000 words in one breath. I also spelled, my eyes were dim, and I finished reading it in nine and a half days. Even I admire myself, but I admire the author Ma Boyong even more. He can write, he can write, and he writes well! This book is the longest day in Chang 'an. Why is it so attractive to my old eyes? Where's the secret? Later, I learned that the secret is two words: plot! Why is Brother Delong's flash story so wonderful? This is the secret!

Regarding the relationship between story and plot, E.M. Foster has a classic division in all aspects of the novel: the king died and the queen died-this is the story; The king died and the queen died of grief-this is the plot. In his view, the story is only the sum of materials, and the plot appeals to discourse organization and appears as a certain type of text-a novel can only unfold the plot rather than the story. Let's take an example: a car accident, the traffic police said, two people in the car died. This is an accident; The reporter said that a man and a woman died and their identity is under investigation. This is news; If these two people are lovers, it becomes a story. As a story, the screenwriter can deduce many plots, such as extramarital affairs, adoption, mistress, sexual bribery and even espionage, murder, fraud and so on. Of course, these are the author's creative methods and have nothing to do with rumors. It can be seen that accidents are turned into stories and stories into literary works, including novels, movies and plays. Plot is an important prerequisite for adding narrative effect and forming aesthetic and ideological functions. The story is only vivid with the plot. In this sense, the plot is the soul of the story. Especially for flash novels, it is the most important and the most difficult. Without the plot, it becomes material or paragraph; I want to expand the plot, but I am limited by space. It's really hard! Thought of here, I admire Brother Delong even more! Hundreds of words, he can tell the story wonderfully, delicately and skillfully, which is really commendable. Silly ya should be the masterpiece of Brother Delong. The relationship between female nurses and wounded soldiers is full of twists and turns: from unprecedented jokes to the pride of "everything is fine" to a few kisses, to "stop yelling" and "stop talking" until the political commissar asks "marry me!" Just a few hundred words have created a love story that enjoys each other, a heroic beauty. Even better, there is a suspense that is not suspense: "The political commissar said sullenly, what should I do? ! "It left the reader with room for imagination. ...

Not only that, the plot needs more details. As mentioned earlier, The Longest Day in Chang 'an wrote what happened in 24 hours in more than 400,000 words, relying on a lot of details. In contrast, a flash novel is a close-up of an instant, a frame of a picture. This is precisely the essence of flash novels. "Popcorn" describes a five-minute warm scene: the old man lights the stove and the woman is ready to donate clothes. Popcorn popped out and started the conversation. Knowing that the old man is not short of clothes, I am embarrassed to leave quickly ... This one is like the lens of a movie: the layout of the characters (old man, middle-aged woman and little girl), the layout of the scene (stove, spherical jar, car, fragrant white fog and popcorn), and the warm and concise dialogue ... What a good picture!

? Highlight 3: The narrative is simple and natural.

? Looking at Brother Delong's flash story, his narrative style is simple and natural, which makes me feel deja vu. Because I think of my hometown Sun Fangyou. There was Strange Tales from a Lonely Studio in ancient times, and now there is Chen Zhou's Notes. Sun Fangyou's Notes on Chen Zhou has the style of documentary novel, the material is true, but the story is also fictional, but the bottom line is that readers must be convinced that it is true and it really happened in Chen Zhou. Even if there are legends and myths, narration is by no means magical. As we all know, since the 20th century, influenced by Kafka's Deformation Gauge and Marquez's One Hundred Years of Solitude, magical realism was all the rage in novel creation until Mo Yan's Fatigue of Life and Death almost reached its acme, which brought great pleasure to readers. Delonge's flash story is not documentary-oriented, like Sun Fangyou's, nor is it magical and imaginative, like Mo Yan's, nor does he see the screw drilling into the floor in Marquez's works. A spoony chicken can be said to be a famous work of Brother Delong. A chicken's infatuation is a metaphor for the master's infatuation, with clever brushwork and euphemism. However, the infatuation with that chicken is not necessarily true, because that chicken is not a mandarin duck after all; But there is absolutely no magic, because the chicken did not ascend to heaven like a butterfly.

So, what should we think of Delonge's writing style and development trend? This is a problem. Not long ago, I saw a paper published by Professor Cheng Hong, a famous scholar, in February, 20 19, "Talking about Natural Literature: the Blending of Nature and Mind". Cheng Hong is the wife of Premier Li Keqiang, but she is also the first person to study American natural literature in China. On the basis of studying American natural literature, Cheng Hong put forward the concept of natural literature with China characteristics. That is to admire and praise nature, despise and spurn materialism, and pursue and yearn for the spirit. In natural literature, the concept of man as the protagonist is diluted, and the focus of the works is on the countryside and wilderness, rather than towns and cities. So as to arouse people's awareness of living in harmony with the ecological environment, inspire people to seek a noble and magnificent spiritual realm, and urge people to adopt a new lifestyle that is beneficial to physical and mental health and future generations. Seeing this, I deeply feel that this is the responsibility and creative direction of China literati writers in the new era! Delongge's flash stories are mostly anecdotes about hometown, countryside and countryside, full of love and attachment to nature and full of pursuit and yearning for a new life. "Dragons Falling from the Sky" and "Fish Grave" coincide with the colors of natural literature, which is not a coincidence, but a natural creative concept and style of Brother Delong!

? Highlight 4, Highlight 5, Highlight 6 ...

? There are still many bright spots, but I am too short-sighted, too shallow, or I can't see clearly, or I don't know the way, so I dare not comment. But the bright spot is really flashing, bright and shiny. ...

Finally, Mo Yan stopped. At the end of his acceptance speech, Mo Yan said, I am a storyteller. I won the Nobel Prize for telling stories. In the years to come, I will continue to tell my story …

As for Mo Yan, we can't talk about it, but for Brother Delong, I will say: Go on telling stories, Brother, we like it!
