Modern enterprise management regulates people's economic behavior with the harmonious concept advocated by China traditional culture, which is conducive to building a good economic relationship and economic order. Confucianism is a humanistic thought with "benevolence" as its core and attaches importance to human value. Mencius once said, "The people are the most valuable, the country is the second, and the monarch is the least." Business managers should be well aware of the influence of Confucianism on China people, that is, everyone in China has great self-esteem, and China people's understanding, respect and care for human nature are very different from those in the West. Therefore, in China enterprises, the key for managers to really arouse the enthusiasm of employees is to truly respect employees and truly "respect" every employee. This is the motive force of "people-oriented" in China.
In the final analysis, the competition between enterprises is the competition of talents. Today, most business operators agree that enterprises should be people-oriented, which may be true. But can we realize more deeply that the gap between enterprises in the future is actually the gap of talents? The competition between enterprises is the competition of talents; Whether an enterprise has excellent talents is an indispensable main factor to determine whether an enterprise can win in the future market competition. This is also a problem that every business operator needs to seriously consider. A deep understanding of whether an enterprise has a good mechanism for recruiting, educating and employing people is the main factor for the company to win in the future market competition.
Enterprises should be people-oriented, and there are many ways and means to attract talents, but attracting talents alone is not enough. The key is that enterprises themselves should also establish a mechanism to cultivate and rationally use talents, and solve the problem of talent sources, especially enterprises themselves should have a mechanism to cultivate talents.
