Precast member hoisting operation mode
The hoisting operation modes of prefabricated components include slow hoisting, fast hoisting and slow laying.

The hoisting of prefabricated components is one of the important links in the construction of prefabricated buildings. In the actual hoisting process, the construction personnel should reasonably choose the spreader and arrange the lifting point position according to the types of components and the hoisting environment, so as to ensure the stability of component hoisting and avoid pulling out the hanging nails or cracking and damage of components due to excessive local stress.

Precast components shall be hoisted slowly, quickly and slowly, and prefabricated external wall panels shall be installed with plug-ins from top to bottom to ensure the smooth placement of components. In the process of hoisting, the horizontal included angle between the sling and the member should not be

Quality control measures of hanging points of common prefabricated components

(1) In order to reduce potential safety hazards and avoid problems such as incomplete screwing of bolts into the sleeve or insufficient screwing length of bolts, relevant personnel should not only check whether there are quality problems such as centroid deviation in the embedded sleeve of lifting point before leaving the factory, but also use methods such as taper line, butter brushing and foam board plugging to deal with them.

(2) On-site construction personnel should reasonably set the embedded height of prefabricated composite plate rings on the basis of scientific calculation, so as to avoid problems such as unhooking caused by the hook not completely hooking the rings.

(3) On-site construction personnel shall not arrange the lifting rings in the stirrup encryption area, or they will face the problem that the hook cannot be connected with the lifting rings in the actual hoisting operation.
