How to package a document into a rar compressed file

You can select the file first and then compress it.

1. Use the mouse to select all files to be packaged, and the background color of the selected files will turn gray:

2. Right-click any newly selected file, and then click "Add to compressed file ..." In the expanded menu:

3. Set the file name of the compressed file, then select "RAR" as the compressed file format, and click "OK" to save after setting:

4. At this point, the selected file will be packaged into a compressed file in rar format:
