At the same time, the Qing dynasty also adopted the corresponding policy of softening the Han nationality, mainly adopting traditional Confucian civilization and using feudal ethics to control and restrain the thoughts and behaviors of the Han nationality. At the same time, it lightens the burden of ordinary people, such as Kangxi's "never increasing taxes" and Yongzheng's "spreading land into mu" and so on.

In order to maintain feudal rule and Manchu national interests, the Qing Dynasty suppressed the Han nationality. Huairou policy is also for social stability. After all, there are many Han people, and at the same time, we need to rely on the manpower, financial resources and material resources of Han people to control other ethnic minorities in the border areas.
