Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on the transfer of paper copyright:

1. Party A is the author of this article.

(Author A, one of the authors B and representatives C designated by other authors).

2. Party A guarantees that this article is its original work and does not involve the issue of disclosure. In case of infringement or disclosure, all responsibilities shall be borne by Party A. ..

3. Party A voluntarily transfers the following rights of the thesis to Party B: (1) the right to assemble (part or all of the thesis); (2) the right to translation; (three) the right to copy the printed and electronic versions; (4) the right of network communication; (5) the right to issue.

4. Term of copyright transfer of this article: from the effective date of this contract to 65438+February 3 1, the fifth year after Party B officially publishes this article; Applicable areas are all over the world.

5. Except as stipulated in Article 22 of the Copyright Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), Party A shall not license others to use the rights transferred in Article 3 of this contract in any form, but Party A may quote (or translate) part of this article in its subsequent works or incorporate it into Party A's irregular collections.

6. Unless otherwise agreed, Party B will inform Party A of the handling of the manuscript within 30 days after receiving it. If, after trial, it fails to meet the publishing standards of Party B's periodicals or cannot be published in time, Party A will choose (A withdrawing the manuscript or B publishing it in the supplement issued by Party B). If Party A has not received any notice from Party B for more than 30 days, Party A can handle the manuscript by itself, and this contract will be automatically terminated.

7. This paper was first published in Journal of Shanxi Agricultural University edited and published by Party B, and Party B will charge Party A a one-time page fee according to the following standards. Party B publishes the paper in other forms, and does not charge Party A the publishing fee.

Publication fee standard for periodical publication: 100 yuan/thousand words; Charge standard for supplementary pages: 80 yuan/thousand words.

If the number of words in the manuscript is less than 500 words, it will be counted as 500 words, and if it is less than 500 words 1000 words, it will be counted as 1000 words. The number of words is based on the number of words counted by word software.

8. After the Journal of Shanxi Agricultural University edited and published by Party B is published for the first time, Party B will pay Party A a one-time remuneration and give away two sample publications. If the author needs to overcharge, he shall pay the price to Party B at a fixed price.

Publication remuneration standard: 30 yuan/thousand words (including CD-ROM version and other remuneration); Supplementary remuneration standard: 10 yuan/thousand words.

If Party B publishes the paper in other forms, Party B will not pay any remuneration to Party A..

9. This contract is made in duplicate, one for each party. This contract shall come into force as of the date of signature by both parties, and the validity period is the same as that of the paper copyright transfer stipulated in Article 4 of this contract.

10. Other outstanding matters, if any, shall be settled by both parties through negotiation; If negotiation fails, it shall be handled in accordance with the Copyright Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant laws and regulations.
