3. Turn the engine over and remove the oil pan fixing screws (note that the screws should also be loosened from both ends to the middle).
4. Remove the oil pan and oil pan gasket.
5. Loosen the fixing screw of the coarse oil filter and remove the oil filter, oil pump sprocket and oil pump.
6. Disassemble the engine piston connecting rod group and turn the crankshaft to make the pistons of engine 1 cylinder and cylinder 4 at the bottom dead center.
7. Remove the fastening nuts of the connecting rod of cylinder 1 and cylinder 4 respectively, and remove the connecting rod bearing cover. Pay attention to the matching marks of connecting rods and put them in order.
8. Push out the piston connecting rod assemblies of 1 cylinder and cylinder 4 respectively with a rubber hammer or wooden handle, grasp and take out the piston connecting rod assembly at the outlet of the cylinder by hand, and pay attention to the installation direction of the piston.
9. Put the connecting rod bearing cover, connecting rod bolt and nut back to their original positions. Connecting rods of different cylinders cannot be interchanged. Remove piston connecting rod groups of cylinders 2 and 3 in the same way.
10. Disassemble the engine crankshaft flywheel group, loosen the flywheel fastening screw, and remove the flywheel, which is relatively heavy. Pay attention to safety when disassembling.
1 1. Remove the front and rear sealing flanges and oil seals of the crankshaft.
12. Loosen the fastening screw of the crankshaft main bearing cover from both ends to the middle, and pay attention to the assembly mark and direction of the main bearing cover. The main bearing caps and bearing shells of different cylinders cannot be interchanged.
13. Put down the crankshaft, put back the main bearing cover and gasket, and screw in a few fixing screws.
