Using Content Cross Reference in Word
1. Start Word 20 13 to open the document, and put the insertion point cursor behind the text to be cross-referenced, as shown in figure 1.

2. Where is it? Quote? Tab, click? Title? In the group? Insert cross reference? Is the button open? Cross-reference? Dialog box, in? Reference type? Select the desired project type from the drop-down list, and then click? Quote content? Select the information you want to insert from the drop-down list and click? Which title is quoted? Select the specific content of the reference in the list box, as shown in Figure 2. Click? Insert? Button inserts a cross-reference at the insertion point cursor.

If it's cancelled, right? Insert as hyperlink? If this check box is selected, the inserted cross reference does not have the linking function. What if? Including? See you? /? Please check the check box below for availability. Select this check box to include the relative location information of the referenced items. In addition, click? Insert? Button, if you need to create other cross references, you don't have to close the dialog box, just select a new insertion point in the document and continue to insert.
3. click? Close? Button off? Cross-reference? After the dialog box, the title text is inserted into the current insertion point cursor, and then press and hold? Ctrl? Click the cross reference in the document, and you will jump to the location specified by the reference in the document, as shown in Figure 3.
Figure 3 uses cross references.

If you need to modify the created cross reference, select the inserted cross reference in the document and open it again. Cross-reference? Dialog box, select a new referenced project and click? Insert? Just press the button.
