Double drum is a cylindrical percussion instrument made of bamboo or wood. The cylinder is thin in the middle and thick at both ends. The thin part in the middle is solid, and a round hole is opened to insert a stick. When playing, you can hold a stick, or you can directly hold the solid part in the middle, and the other hand knocks on the hollow barrel with a stick to make a sound. The sound of the double-ring drum is crisp and firm, and there are two narrow mouths on both sides of the drum body. Because the length of the openings on both sides is different, the pitches played are also different.
The pitch of both sides of the double-ring drum is different. When playing, one person holds the drum body or a wooden stick inserted into the drum body, and the other person holds the wooden stick to knock the drums on both sides.
