Computer paper research progress plan
With the rapid development of information technology, the scale of software development and the development team are getting bigger and bigger, and the workshop-style development mode of individual combat has become increasingly unsuitable for the development of the situation. Software companies are actively introducing software project management into development activities, and how to effectively manage software projects has become a subject that needs to be studied. In the process of software project management, project schedule planning and control management are the key contents to determine whether the project can be implemented smoothly. This paper systematically studies the specific methods in the process of software project planning control, and provides reference for software enterprises to implement software project management. This paper uses the idea of dynamic planning and the method of network planning, and uses Markov chain model to predict the progress of software projects, including the prediction of parallel progress. Combined with the actual investigation data of participating in project development, the application of planning and control in software development projects is studied, and a parallel Markov chain prediction model of IT project progress is constructed. Firstly, this paper introduces the background, basis, research status and significance, research content and framework. Then, based on the knowledge of project management, software engineering and software project management, this paper systematically studies the schedule management and schedule control management in software development projects, focusing on three commonly used technologies in schedule management (Gantt, PERT and CPM), and analyzes the commonly used technologies in software project schedule control (milestone schedule, manually set activity schedule, work unit schedule and earned value method). ...
