In 1960s, Wang Jingli was engaged in the technical development of shale crude oil from oil shale. Before China vigorously developed natural crude oil at that time, he made contributions to energy utilization and was rewarded by the Northeast People's Government at that time. 1965- 1974 worked as a factory designer, completed the first set of original designed barge wharf in Changling Refinery, and won the Henan Science and Technology Progress Award. 1972- 1974, as the general manager of Golmud-Lhasa oil pipeline design, was awarded by the government and Xizang Autonomous Region, and the project won the third prize of national scientific and technological progress and the silver prize of national excellent design. He was responsible for the overall planning and design of Luoyang Refinery, presided over the technical and economic demonstration of a number of projects such as Guangxi Refinery, Chongqing Refinery and Northeast South Pipeline, and approved the environmental assessment of a number of refineries such as Luoyang and Guangxi, which made an important contribution to improving the design level of refineries. Responsible for the development of environmental protection (noise) pre-evaluation method and application software in petrochemical plant, and won the third prize of sinopec group Science and Technology Progress Award; 1988 was responsible for the shale oil test in Jordan and won the first prize for scientific and technological progress in sinopec group.
Ye Xingyuan, male, born in February, 1934, from Ningbo, Zhejiang. 1956 graduated from Zhejiang university, majoring in coal refining design. Professor level senior engineer. National design master. Master Ye directed the design of 800,000 tons/year hydrofining in Luoyang Petrochemical Complex, which was the largest single series in China at that time, and served as the project leader of the first medium-pressure hydrocracking unit reconstruction in China. Medium-pressure hydrocracking was realized for the first time in domestic refining units, and the project won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of China Petrochemical Group Company and the third prize of national scientific and technological progress respectively. He was also responsible for the introduction of hydrocracking units in Maoming Petrochemical Company and Nanjing Refinery, successfully transforming the 900,000-ton/year hydrocracking unit in Shanghai Petrochemical General Plant into a unit capable of producing aviation kerosene, and transforming the 6,543,800+200,000-ton/year hydrocracking unit in Yangzi Petrochemical Company into a hydrogenation unit with 2 million tons/year of oil, chemical and fiber, which created conditions for the localization of China refining and chemical plant. At the end of 1980s, Master Ye was responsible for the domestic design of 800,000 tons/year hydrocracking unit of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company, a national key project during the Seventh Five-Year Plan. The complete set of technology of the unit won the special prize of scientific and technological progress of petrochemical corporation and the first prize of national scientific and technological progress. The engineering design of this project won the seventh National Excellent Engineering Design Gold Award. In the early 1990s, Master Ye served as the deputy director of anniversary Medium-pressure Hydroupgrading Technology Project, one of the top ten key projects in the Eighth Five-Year Plan of China Petrochemical Corporation. This project won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of China Petrochemical Group Company 65438-0994, and was praised as one of the world's three major catalytic diesel upgrading technologies by internationally renowned magazines. Master Ye is responsible for organizing the design and development of Maoming residue hydrotreating (S-RHT) "Ten Dragons" project, and passed the national appraisal and acceptance on 200 1, which was highly praised by the group company and experts attending the meeting. He believes that the overall technology has reached the international advanced level, filling a gap in the field of sour crude oil processing technology in China. This project won the first prize of 200 1 Technical Progress of Petrochemical Company.
Hao Xiren (1942-), male, from Datong, Shanxi, is a national design master and a professor-level senior engineer. Master Hao 1964 graduated from Taiyuan University of Technology. Over the past 40 years, he has participated in the research and development of many major scientific and technological projects, and presided over the engineering development and design of more than 40 refineries and more than 50 sets of devices at home and abroad, such as wax oil catalytic cracking, heavy oil catalytic cracking and catalytic cracking. The largest 3 million tons/year wax oil catalytic cracking unit in China, which he presided over, was put into operation in Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company from 65438 to 0999. Energy consumption, product yield and operation performance have reached the domestic leading and advanced level in the world, and won the 10th National Excellent Design Silver Award, the first prize of China Petrochemical Excellent Design and the second prize of scientific and technological progress. Dalian Petrochemical's 3.5 million tons/year heavy oil catalytic cracking unit solved the technical problem of treating heavy oil in world-class large-scale units, and put into industrial operation in 2002, with the main technical and economic indicators reaching the world advanced level. The device won the first prize of excellent design of China Petrochemical Company. Since 2000, as a main member of the research team, he has participated in the development of MIP catalytic cracking engineering technology for reducing gasoline olefins. In 2003, MIP-CGP technology was successfully applied to the renovation of Zhenhai Refinery 1# FCC unit. Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company alone increases the benefit by 300 million yuan every year. This technology won the first prize of China Petrochemical Science and Technology Progress Award and the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award. In terms of engineering technology development, two patents put forward by him as the first inventor have been authorized. Over the years, he has won the National Science and Technology Progress Award 1 item, 2 Excellent Design Awards, 6 Provincial (Ministry) Science and Technology Progress Awards, 5 Excellent Design Awards and applied for patents1item. It has made great contributions to the formation of complete sets of technologies and equipment with independent intellectual property rights and the world-class scale of equipment for catalytic cracking in China. Pay attention to personnel training and technical exchange, co-author monograph 1 department, and publish technical papers 16 in national core journals. He has successively won the titles of science and technology management expert with outstanding contributions in sinopec group, young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions in the Ministry of Labor and Personnel, and model worker in sinopec group. 1997 began to enjoy special government allowances. At present, he is still fighting in the front line of petrochemical engineering construction in China, presiding over the design work of several FCC new construction and renovation projects, and is committed to pushing China's FCC technology with independent intellectual property rights to foreign countries and the world.
