How to analyze the significance of differences with spss
1. First open the SPSS version 23.0 software and find the data you want to edit, as shown in the figure below.

2. Find the analysis menu in the menu bar above, move the mouse to the general linear model, then select a univariate and click the left mouse button to select.

3. In the univariate dialog box, move the variables to the dependent variable and covariant respectively, in which the height is moved to the dependent variable and the drug is moved to the covariant.

4. Click the option on the right menu, move the mouse to the univariate option, select the estimated value of the parameter, and mark the estimated value of the parameter as a check mark.

5. After selection, click the Continue option in the options, and then click OK in the univariate dialog box to edit and view.

6. Finally, we can see the significance analysis of the influence of drugs on height in the viewer of SPSS, and the significance in the red box is 0 < 0.05, which is significant.
