Abstract: Integrating the "Chinese Dream" into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is beneficial for college students to establish socialist core values. Based on this, this paper expounds the scientific connotation and basic characteristics of the "Chinese Dream", and then analyzes the basic principles of integrating the "Chinese Dream" into the ideological and political education of college students, and finally studies the effective implementation path of integrating the "Chinese Dream" into the ideological and political education of college students.

The "Chinese Dream" is the product of the combination of Marxism and China's socialist practice, which enriches Socialism with Chinese characteristics's theoretical system, conforms to the discourse system of contemporary college students and has typical characteristics of the times. Integrating it into college students' ideological and political education can inject fresh blood into modern ideological and political education and bring new atmosphere.
First, the scientific connotation and basic characteristics of the "Chinese Dream"
1. The Scientific Connotation of "Chinese Dream"
The "Chinese Dream" is the dream of the nation, the people and the world, and it is to realize the prosperity of the country, the rejuvenation of the nation and the happiness of the people. This is the triple connotation of the "Chinese Dream". The "Chinese dream" is the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, which is the most incisive definition of the "Chinese dream"; Secondly, the "Chinese Dream" is, in the final analysis, the dream of the people, the dream of people's livelihood, the dream of dignity and the dream of success. Finally, the "Chinese Dream" is a world dream, manifested in equality and mutual benefit, * * * win-win, * * * enjoyment and so on.
2. Basic characteristics of "Chinese Dream"
From the three levels of the connotation of the "Chinese Dream", the "Chinese Dream" is holistic, contemporary, transcendent and practical. The "Chinese Dream" is the organic unity of the collective and the individual, and presents the characteristics of China at the present stage: strength, happiness, civilization and society.
Second, the "Chinese Dream" into the basic principles of ideological and political education of college students
1. Combining theory with practice education
Ideological and political theory education for college students is a traditional educational form and way. We should give full play to the role of theoretical education, let college students scientifically grasp the development process, essential requirements, scientific connotation and practical strength of the "Chinese Dream", clearly understand the role of practicing the "Chinese Dream" in building a well-off society in an all-round way and socialist modernization, and clarify the internal relationship between personal dreams, youth dreams and the "Chinese Dream".
2. The combination of explicit education and implicit education
Explicit education and implicit education are two basic forms of ideological and political education for college students. Explicit education is open and purposeful, while implicit education is implicit, enjoyable and continuous. 2. Enhance college students' sense of value identification with the "Chinese Dream" through social practice activities.
The "Chinese Dream" should not only enter teaching materials and classrooms, but also be integrated into social practice activities in colleges and universities, realize the combination of theory and practice education, enhance college students' sense of value identification with the "Chinese Dream", and understand the truth of "making mistakes with empty talk and rejuvenating the country with hard work". 4. Establish a long-term mechanism to integrate the "Chinese Dream" into college students' ideological and political education through system construction.
In order to make the "Chinese Dream" a common belief and value orientation pursued by teachers and students, we must establish a long-term mechanism to integrate the "Chinese Dream" into ideological and political education. The first is to establish a leadership coordination mechanism. Leading cadres at all levels should put the publicity and education of the "Chinese Dream" on the important agenda of the school. Establish a coordination mechanism of unified leadership, graded implementation and participation of all teachers and students by the school party Committee. Second, establish a funding mechanism. To achieve this goal, we must grasp the key and better promote ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In order to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the "Chinese Dream" is an inevitable choice, and college students are an important driving force for social progress. Integrating the "Chinese Dream" into the ideological and political education of college students is the practical need of higher education and the inherent requirement of spiritual civilization construction in Socialism with Chinese characteristics.
