This collection of essays contains the author's achievements in the study of Yuefu, poetry and the history of Tang poetry in recent ten years. Among them, the author advocates the establishment of Yuefu school and the study of Yuefu poems by several famous poets in Tang Dynasty, reconsiders the relationship between Yongming style and music, and writes a series of articles in the process of undertaking the national social science key project "A General History of China Poetry ―― Volume of Tang Dynasty".

China's earliest poems. It collected 305 poems in about 500 years from the early Western Zhou Dynasty to the mid-Spring and Autumn Period. The pre-Qin dynasty was called "Poetry", or the integer was called "Poetry 300". In the Western Han Dynasty, it was honored as a Confucian classic, formerly known as The Book of Songs, which has been in use ever since.
