Cultivation characteristics:
1. Mentor leads the cultivation of innovative ability. After entering the school, each student is equipped with two tutors, namely, scientific research tutor and clinical tutor. Freshman can enter the tutor team to learn, receive innovative ability training and clinical thinking training through Jitt, PBL and other teaching methods, and connect with international nursing education. The school-level science and technology projects are fully covered, and 70% of students can participate in national and provincial disciplinary competitions, and some students are shortlisted for provincial and above entrepreneurial competitions. Every year, we carry out regular student exchange programs with Lasauce College of Nursing, HESAV College of Health, Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Taiwan Province Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology. Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Shanghai First People's Hospital and other 7 off-campus practice training bases. The Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University is formed by the integration of two tertiary first-class general hospitals in Wuxi. The new campus with an investment of nearly 3 billion yuan and more than 2,000 beds is located opposite the east gate of the school. At present, it is the national drug clinical trial institution, the former clinical pharmacist training base of the Ministry of Health, and the national standardized training base for residents. Main courses: the courses cover medical basics, nursing, nursing humanities, international nurses, innovation and entrepreneurship. It mainly includes human anatomy, pathophysiology, pharmacology, pathogenic biology, health assessment, nursing foundation, internal medicine nursing, surgical nursing, obstetrics and gynecology nursing, pediatric nursing, psychiatric nursing, community nursing and nursing ethics.

Graduates of our college mainly go to hospitals, foreign-funded health industry groups, foreign registered nurses, schools and famous universities at home and abroad for further study. Training effect: The graduation rate, degree awarding rate and passing rate of nurse qualification examination of all previous nursing graduates in our school all reached 100%.
