Tangram, in this project, all team members are disrupted and combined with each other to complete the specified tasks at the specified time, place and props. Through this activity and the coach's explanation, I learned that the following points are very important in my work: First, the rules. No matter what work you do, no matter when, you should abide by the rules and discipline, the basic principles of being a man and the principles of dealing with others. Second, when completing a task, be good at communication, including communication with your superiors, subordinates and colleagues. Third, learn to share and help others. Fourth, we should start with small things and keep accumulating. Willing to pay can sublimate the value of life. When we climbed the survival wall, the spirit of being a ladder deeply touched everyone. In daily work, you should love your job and be willing to contribute. Don't do everything yourself, always put interests and collective interests first. Especially in times of crisis, we should be brave in self-sacrifice, dedicate ourselves, burn ourselves like candles and illuminate others. Only in this way can the value of life be sublimated. Learn to be tolerant: this is especially reflected in the "trolley bus" project. Everyone has advantages and disadvantages, and no one is perfect. In the training, most of us didn't know each other before, and everyone's personality and ability are different. There will be some friction, complaints and accusations at first. Through training, everyone will learn tolerance and understanding. When making a mistake again, the parties will take the initiative to take responsibility, and others will encourage and support the person who made the mistake more. Without mutual tolerance and understanding, it is impossible to complete all training programs. This kind of training has taught me to tolerate others. In fact, no one always gives you a hard time. In fact, I will be accepted by others one day. In the future work, we will better cooperate with colleagues and better integrate into the team. In an excellent team, everyone benefits. I have done many projects, which make me feel the smallness of individual strength, the strength of collective strength and the infinity of collective wisdom, and I can form an elite team. I am glad that although I am ordinary, I am in an excellent team. Iron discipline is the guarantee to complete the task. Our team was formed temporarily. Everyone's living habits, preferences, advantages and disadvantages are different. Some are good for the team, others are bad. It is necessary to correctly distinguish between working time and rest time, personal time and team time. Don't bring bad habits in life to the team, change your role and mentality actively and quickly, locate accurately and obey the arrangement.
