Thesis title: Study on improving the practical level of evidence-based nursing for clinical nurses.

abstract

Objective To comprehensively understand and compare the current situation and influencing factors of clinical nurses' evidence-based nursing practice (including knowledge, attitude, skills and behavior) in tertiary hospitals in Henan Province, to clarify the difficulties of nurses in evidence-based nursing practice, to provide theoretical basis for clinical nurses to carry out continuing education and guidance and management of evidence-based nursing education, to effectively improve the evidence-based quality of clinical nurses in Henan Province, and to promote the development of evidence-based nursing.

Methods Five cities in Henan Province (Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Luoyang, Xinxiang and Pingdingshan) were selected, so it was convenient to select five tertiary hospitals. Nurses who meet the research conditions were randomly selected as the research objects.

Survey tools: the questionnaire includes general demographic data, including age, department, working years, marital status, first and highest education, professional title, position and work nature; Evidence-based Practice Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior Questionnaire (EBPQ) and Evidence-based Practice Influencing Factors Questionnaire (DebPQ) revised by Yang Rumei have 24 items, including knowledge, practice and behavior. Never? Arrive? Often? Using seven-level scoring method, give 1 to 7 points respectively. The higher the score, the stronger the knowledge, attitude and practice level of clinical nurses in the nursing process. Cronbach, s and s coefficients of the questionnaire were 0.940, 0.84 1, 0.789 and 0.935, respectively. DEBPQ scale consists of 26 items and 4 dimensions. The Cronbach B coefficient of the total questionnaire is 0.930, and the scale and internal consistency are high, which can be used to evaluate the EBN level of domestic nurses.

Methods: Our research group first selected 0.5 cities in Henan Province as Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Luoyang, Xinxiang and Pingdingshan, and then conveniently selected 5 tertiary hospitals in the selected cities. The members of the research group contacted the leaders of the nursing departments of various hospitals, obtained the consent and assisted in issuing and withdrawing the questionnaire. Qualified nurses were randomly selected as the research object, and after obtaining informed consent, the investigated nurses were anonymously filled out.

Statistical analysis: SPSS 17.0 statistical software package was used for statistical analysis of data, P

Results A total of 550 questionnaires were distributed in this study, and 52 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a recovery rate of 94.72%. The age distribution of the subjects ranged from 20 to 55 years old, with an average of (28.62? 5.37 years old. Medicine (39.53%) and surgery (30. 13%) were the main subjects, and 62.96% of the respondents had less than 10 years of working experience. The first degree is mainly secondary school and junior college (85.60%); 62.57% of the subjects have the highest degree of undergraduate, and 62.38% have junior professional titles. 52 1 The total score of the EBPQ questionnaire was (4.34? 1.05), and the average scores of actual behavior, attitude and knowledge are (4.05? 1. 14), (4.64? 1. 13), (4.47? 0.96) points. The EBPQ questionnaire survey in different departments found that there were statistical differences in evidence-based knowledge, skills and practical behavior in different departments (P

There are statistical differences in evidence-based practical behavior and evidence-based knowledge and skills among nurses of different age groups (P

Conclusion The extension of emergency department, high education, high professional title, working years and age increase are all beneficial to the practice of evidence-based nursing for clinical nurses. The implementation of evidence-based practice has an impact on the knowledge source, practical difficulties, support and skills of finding and evaluating evidence.
