I chose this as my topic for the following reasons. With the development of China's reform and the expansion of foreign exchanges, western festivals have gradually become a fashion in China. This paper aims to find out the deep-seated reasons for the popularity of western festivals in China and its influence on the cultural diversity in China, so as to guide people out of the misunderstanding and inherit the festival culture in China with a positive attitude.
