Major achievements

Mr. Pufa has long been engaged in the teaching and scientific research of weapon technology. The research on "Determination of drag law of low drag aero-engine" won the first prize of 1986 National Machinery Committee's scientific and technological progress, and the third prize of 1987 National Scientific and technological progress. He has published more than 40 papers on ballistics, including "Standard Meteorological Conditions of China Artillery", "Initial Conditions of Rotating Projectile Moving around the Center of Mass" and "Aerodynamic Optimization Design of Exterior Ballistics of Small-caliber Anti-aircraft Gun Projectile" which are being adopted by the army and are closely related to the projectile structure and ballistic parameters. Monographs include: external ballistics and lectures on external ballistics.
