The library has seven departments: office, document resources construction department, reader service department, information technology department, information consultation department, special collection department and archives management center. Featuring ethnology and Tibetan literature, the library has established a Tibetan literature information center, which collects more than 50,000 Tibetan books, as well as the German version of Tripitaka, Tripitaka and the newly revised Tripitaka.
The library provides readers with services such as borrowing, reading, information consultation, document retrieval and document delivery. The library is open from 8: 00 to 22: 00 from Monday to Sunday.
