Method 1: word automatically generates the directory: 1. Click the Outliner button in the lower right corner to switch to Outliner. 2. When the cursor stops at the first-level title, the drop-down box in the upper left corner opens, and you can choose 1 level. Similarly, the cursor stays on the second-level title and selects level 2 from the drop-down box. This marks the structure of the whole document. 3. You can also use the left and right arrows to control the title level.
Method 2: word automatically generates the directory: 1. In normal view, click the small button in the lower right corner of the style area on the Home tab. 2. At this point, the style box will open. 3. Stop the cursor on the first-level title, and then select the title in the style. 4. We switch to the outline view and find that the effect is the same as "method 1".
