First, the manuscript has been hired, and the author has paid the publishing fee but has not yet published it (including online publishing and paper publishing). If the editorial department finds that the author has academic misconduct, multiple submissions, repeated publication or other circumstances that need to be retracted, it shall be retracted. The paid page fee will be used as the remuneration for the periodical editing process and will be notified to the science and education management department of the unit; If the circumstances are serious and cause economic losses to this journal, the author will be investigated for corresponding responsibilities, including economic compensation, and this journal will not accept papers signed by him (not limited to the first author) within 3 years.

2. If the manuscript has been published (including online publishing and paper publishing), the editorial department will publish the "Withdrawal Statement" of the corresponding manuscript in official website and the latest issue of this magazine, and submit the "Withdrawal Statement" to the relevant database collection agencies to recover all the data information of the manuscript.

If the author or the author's unit voluntarily applies for withdrawing the manuscript before publication, the applicant must explain the reasons for withdrawing the manuscript. If the first author applies to withdraw the manuscript, the application must be accompanied by the autographs of all the authors of the article, and copies of the identity cards of all the authors must be submitted; If the author unit applies for withdrawing the manuscript, it shall affix the official seal of the unit and attach the autographs of all the authors. The editorial department will charge a certain fee according to whether the reasons for withdrawing the manuscript are objective and how the article is handled.

If the manuscript has been withdrawn twice in this magazine due to the author's reasons, this magazine will not accept its manuscript as the first author or correspondent in the next three years.
