The concepts of public welfare and charity are different. The core of charity is that public welfare should emphasize methods and effects, that is, it needs input and output. The obvious examples are: Chen cursor's donating money everywhere is charity, and Cao's helping the poor through the poverty alleviation foundation is public welfare.

Volunteers refer to individuals, whose definition refers to people who voluntarily provide services and help to society and others based on conscience, belief and responsibility, without material remuneration. The general volunteer association refers to a small unit or institution that does good deeds.

What these three concepts have in common is that they all do good.
