1. The software used in this demonstration is word word processing software, and the software version is Microsoft office Home and Student Edition 20 16.

2. In order to demonstrate how to set paragraph spacing in word, we first open word and enter a paragraph.

3. Select the text of the paragraph you want to set, and then click the right mouse button to select the paragraph.

4. In the pop-up paragraph setting window, we find the spacing setting, then find the spacing setting before and after the paragraph, and enter "24 points".

5. After setting, click OK to close the paragraph setting window. As you can see, the selected part of the document is set to 24 points before and after the paragraph.
