Five-year junior college, also known as five-year higher vocational education, is one of the academic systems of the national full-time higher education system. The enrollment target is middle school graduates. Candidates who pass the senior high school entrance examination will be admitted to colleges and universities for a five-year education and study. According to the different running modes of five-year colleges, they are called five-year consistent system and three-two-stage teaching respectively. After successful admission, candidates need to study in the same higher vocational college. During the first three years of study, students were trained according to the general study plan of secondary vocational education, mainly studying Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, history, chemistry, politics, geography and biology. In the next two years, students will be trained according to the general learning mode of higher vocational colleges, and specialized courses and public courses at the junior college level will be studied, and graduation thesis needs to be completed before graduation.
