Reflections on the standard of dividing formal hearing and informal hearing, and several basic problems of administrative planning ―― Analysis of nearly 20 papers on Administrative Procedure Law (Expert's Proposal Draft), the subject of administrative law enforcement and its powers and responsibilities.
