The first week of practice

I've been groping for the drugstore for a week, and I'll know what medicine to make when I go out! I firmly believe that I will be very good in the future, because I am a down-to-earth person and I know how to cherish opportunities. No matter what kind of opportunity, I will cherish and exercise myself. The road to becoming a doctor is not easy, but I will stick to it. I believe I have this strength and ability. Come on, the road ahead is long and the road of life is even more extraordinary. Come on, work hard and achieve an extraordinary life.

Practice for the second week

As a medical staff, only learning textbook knowledge, not applying what they have learned, is far from reaching the standard of doctors. Only by combining theory with practice can we benefit the society. So I went to the grassroots level and worked as an intern in a pharmacy. Retail pharmacies are different from hospital pharmacies. Pharmacists in hospital pharmacies only need to prescribe drugs according to doctors' prescriptions, while customers in retail pharmacies are mostly non-professionals who know little about drugs. Therefore, when selling drugs to customers, salespeople should explain the use and performance of drugs to customers as much as possible and be responsible for each customer. My pharmacy deals in traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese patent medicine, western medicine, non-medicine and some instruments.

Practice for the third week

I learned a lot this week, and let me know that when customers buy medicine in pharmacies, they will take several cold medicines at the same time because of a cold. At this time, I will use what I have learned to explain to them that most cold medicines contain antipyretic and analgesic drugs with the same ingredients, and the combination of multiple drugs may cause adverse drug reactions due to repeated use, so this way of casting a net cannot be used for treatment. At this time, customers will be very satisfied with the purchase of any targeted drugs, and will also agree with this method that will make customers think. So these are very important, customers are happy, and I am happy, which is very meaningful.

Practice the fourth week

I also learned a lot of pharmacy knowledge outside the classroom during my internship in pharmacy. For example, it is coptis chinensis crossing the bridge. Because the middle part of the rhizome of Coptis chinensis is thin and thin, the makeup is like a stem and looks like a small bridge, so it is called crossing the bridge. Of course, there are some important aliases, such as Pinellia ternata for the eye of a needle, Bupleurum chinense for trachoma and so on. These are all the knowledge learned from the prescriptions of Chinese medicine in pharmacies.

Practice the fifth week

I learned a lot of medicines from the store manager this week. The main job of western medicine is to cooperate with pharmacists and customers to make and distribute medicines. I have a general understanding of the working process of the pharmacy, and I have been exposed to more drugs. Have a further understanding of the pharmacological knowledge of drugs.

Practice the sixth week

It is difficult to combine the theoretical knowledge learned in school with practice. In practice, different manufacturers produce drugs with different names but similar drugs, but they are all the same. Therefore, in addition to understanding theoretical knowledge, it is more important to apply this knowledge to practice and make this knowledge more profound in brain digestion.

Practice week seven

At present, enterprises and institutions handle medical insurance cards for employees. It is very convenient to brush drugs in pharmacies equipped with credit card machines, but sometimes there will be some troubles, such as the failure of credit card machines caused by power failure and the inability of customers' medical insurance departments to use them. After these things happen, be sure to explain the reasons to customers and ask for forgiveness for the inconvenience.

Practice the eighth week

As a drugstore clerk, my duty is to arrange, clean and sort out drugs every day, to correspond the labels with the price codes, to accurately introduce OTC drugs to customers, and to timely introduce drug functions, indications, usage and dosage, contraindications and other related knowledge to ensure drug safety. For important prescriptions, we will resolutely implement the prescription allocation system, and western medicine will sell prescription drugs by prescription, both of which will ensure that drugs are used according to prescriptions, so as to ensure that there will be no mistakes or accidents. In addition, it is also responsible for the quality and maintenance of related counter drugs, as well as service processing. Commodity information and drug shortage should be reported to the store manager, and the shelf life of drugs should be checked regularly. So, be patient.

Practice the ninth week

Read more medicine and remember more every day. Drugs can be roughly divided into the following categories: over-the-counter drugs, prescription drugs, health care products and special management drugs. Frequently purchased drugs include cold medicine, anti-inflammatory medicine and stomach medicine. Put it in a convenient place, mark the price tag, and be familiar with the placement and classification of goods in the management area.

Practice week 10

Sometimes when I chat with the staff of the pharmacy, they tell me several good ways to keep family medicines.

First, it is best to keep the original packaging of intact drugs for easy identification, which is different from mastering usage and dosage.

Second, establish drug files, establish drug identification cards, and classify drugs. First, the reserved drugs can be divided into oral and external use. Then make a table according to the name, purpose, usage, dosage, precautions and expiration date of the drug. And can be searched once needed, which can play the role of convenient and safe medication.

Third, avoid light, western medicine is mostly chemical preparations, and sunlight will accelerate the deterioration of drugs. Store drugs in the dark.

Practice week 11

Now, I have adapted to the working environment here and gradually integrated into this group. Under the care of the store manager, I really learned the requirements and tasks of various work systems in the store, understood the tasks and responsibilities of each staff member and their work processes, constantly improved my professional knowledge and level, and enriched my experience. During this period, I mainly learned about drugs and their classification, uses and methods of taking. Although there are many kinds of drugs, drugs are placed by category, including injections, capsules, tablets and dripping pills, followed by antibiotics, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, digestive system, external use, over-the-counter drugs, family planning, medical devices and others.

Practice week 12

Taking medicine is the simplest and most important technology. When taking medicine, people of different ages, genders and degrees take medicine differently, especially children and pregnant women should be very careful when taking medicine, and realize that they should be serious, responsible and careful in doing any work.
