Focus on spot-checking 7 kinds of papers, including 3 doctoral dissertations directed by tutors in 1 year, and papers that were "unqualified" in the spot-checking of national and provincial school papers in previous years. The spot check of the paper was evaluated anonymously by three peer experts outside the school. If two papers directed by the same tutor are rated as "unqualified", their enrollment qualification for the next year will be cancelled; If the papers directed by the same tutor are "unqualified" twice in a row, the tutor cannot enroll students within 3 years. Many papers in the same subject or "failed" many times, facing the punishment of reducing enrollment or canceling enrollment.
