After screening, four written speeches and 30 proposals and suggestions have been sorted out, which involve giving full play to the role of the working class as the "main force" in promoting the "four comprehensive" strategic layout and promoting stable and healthy economic development, vigorously promoting the construction of industrial workers in the new era, promoting labor relations and social harmony and stability, and doing a good job for the people in need. The legal content exceeds 1/3. At the same time, the proposal also attaches great importance to the protection of people's livelihood, strives to solve the most direct and realistic practical problems that workers are most concerned about, fully reflects the concern for the interests of front-line workers, migrant workers, female workers and other groups, and fully reflects the demands of workers in income distribution, social security, safety and health. And put forward corresponding suggestions and measures. For example, Suggestions on Further Strengthening the Work of Solving the Difficulties of Urban Difficult Workers, Suggestions on Accelerating the Solution of the Problems of Migrant Workers' Children's Education in Cities, Suggestions on Further Improving the Statistical System of Migrant Workers, and Suggestions on Improving the Maternity Protection System and Strengthening the Protection of the Special Rights and Interests of Female Workers.

When introducing CPPCC members of the Federation of Trade Unions, Wang Xiaofeng said that the Federation of Trade Unions currently has 60 members, covering a wide range of industries, including party and government and trade union cadres, professional and technical personnel, industrial and commercial celebrities, front-line production workers, including a migrant worker, lawyer, experts and scholars, and people from Hong Kong and Macao.
