Ma Chunsheng, director of the Automobile Development Division of the First Equipment Industry Division of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said that since the implementation of the Measures for the Parallel Management of Average Fuel Consumption of Passenger Car Enterprises and New Energy Vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the "Integral Measures"), the coordinated development of energy-saving and new energy vehicles has been promoted by the market-oriented management mechanism, and positive results have been achieved. The rapid growth of new energy vehicle production has led to a significant increase in the average fuel consumption of the industry, and the technical level of energy conservation and new energy has been continuously improved, and the industry has shown a good development momentum.

Liu, deputy director of the Equipment Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said that during the implementation of the "Integral Measures", industry enterprises worked together and cooperated closely to effectively ensure the implementation effect. From the operational situation, the vitality of the points market has been continuously improved, and the accumulated transaction amount has exceeded 20 billion yuan, which has effectively promoted the technological progress of the industry and the promotion of new energy vehicles. In the next step, the Equipment Center will continue to support the integral management, actively study and put forward policies and measures, coordinate the construction and operation of the integral pool system, anchor the goal of "double carbon", actively support the research on the integration of integral and carbon, and contribute more to the low-carbon development of the automobile industry.
