While making your own judgment, don't ignore the opinions and comments of others.

Recently, Tan Jiu, my favorite cartoonist, said, "There are too many suggestions for your good in this world. I think I must be good, but my artistic creation is not from crowdfunding ...". It probably means unwilling to accept opinions. I think this is too absolute, even too trusting in myself. Readers have the right to comment on what they see. It is true that these suggestions may not have much effect on the creation itself, are unprofessional, and even have their own subjective ideas. But I don't think it's advisable to just deny other people's views.

"I don't know the true face of Lushan Mountain, but toward which corner of the mountain." Sometimes people's own problems are always difficult to find by themselves. After all, everyone is not perfect, and everyone may look at the problem from different angles. For these reasons, it is necessary for us to listen to other people's opinions. Views are by no means a bondage to the original author. After all, we should always be clear about our gains and losses and right and wrong in the outside world.

But listening to other people's opinions doesn't mean catering to readers' tastes without any own thinking. Many popular cartoons and literary works are suspected of catering to readers' tastes, which makes the works themselves tasteless and no longer contain gold content. Accepting criticism and suggestions does not mean accepting everything. Shakespeare said, "Accept everyone's criticism, but reserve your own judgment." If you blindly follow blindly, you will only fall into chaos and lead to more fallacies. Acceptance is important, but the choice of opinions depends entirely on the original author's own thinking about opinions!

Not accepting and accepting everything are two extremes, both of which are undesirable and have a rather bad influence on the creation itself. Only by treating criticism modestly and dialectically and based on objective facts can we better promote our works!
