First, open a Word document, select all documents and execute the Copy command. Then, start PowerPoint, select Normal View, and click the Outline tab.
If there are no outline and slide tabs, the display method is to click Normal (Recovery Pane) on the View menu or click the [Normal View (Recovery Pane)] button in the lower left corner of the window. You can directly select the outline view, position the cursor on the first slide, and execute the paste command to insert all the contents of the Word document into the first slide. Then, you can set the text format according to your needs, including font, font size, font, color and text alignment. Then position the cursor where it needs to be divided into the next slide, and press enter directly to create a new slide. If you need to insert a blank line, press [Shift+Enter]. After adjustment, the production of multiple slides can be completed soon.
Finally, you can use the outline toolbar to make further adjustments by using buttons such as upgrade, downgrade, move up and move down.
Conversely, if you convert a PowerPoint presentation into a Word document, you can also use the outline view to complete it quickly. The method is to position the cursor at the beginning of other slides except the first one, press [Backspace], repeat for many times, merge all slides into one, then select them all, copy and paste them into Word.
