I. Comprehensive Office
(1) Party affairs and administrative work
1, comprehensively coordinate all departments in the hospital to implement the matters and work decided by superiors and party affairs and administrative offices, and supervise and inspect them;
2. Responsible for graduate school, party management, writing, circulation and filing;
3. Responsible for the use and management of party affairs and administrative seals of graduate schools;
4, to carry out external liaison, to assist the hospital leaders to receive important guests and visits;
5. Responsible for the management and use of office equipment, teaching, office buildings and vehicles in graduate schools;
6. Be responsible for the informationization and office automation of the graduate school;
7, other office daily work.
(B) On-the-job graduate management
1, responsible for making enrollment plans and enrollment publicity for in-service postgraduate education (including seminars);
2. Responsible for organizing all kinds of exam registration and professional course proposition for on-the-job graduate students;
3. Be responsible for the implementation of on-the-job postgraduate training plan, supervision and inspection of mid-term evaluation, etc. ?
4. Summary and report of various reports;
5. Be responsible for filing, sorting and saving the on-the-job postgraduate enrollment documents and test questions;
6, responsible for the evaluation of the quality of in-service postgraduate training;
7. Be responsible for the collection and distribution of tuition fees for on-the-job graduate students in the whole school.
(3) Employment work
1, responsible for reporting graduate information;
2, according to the need to host and participate in the local employers and graduate supply and demand fair; ?
3. Be responsible for the graduation appraisal of graduate students and recommend it to the employer;
4, responsible for employment consulting services and employment guidance;
5. Responsible for reporting the employment plan and employment agreement of graduates;
6. Responsible for the dispatch of graduates;
(4) Work related to student status management.

Second, the Graduate Admissions Office.
(a) according to the requirements of national and provincial documents to develop the annual enrollment plan for doctoral and master students. Responsible for organizing the formulation of enrollment brochures and enrollment publicity materials, and conducting enrollment publicity through multiple channels;
(two) responsible for organizing the proposition, printing, packaging, mailing, receiving, sorting, keeping, marking, grading and reporting of postgraduate non-national unified examination courses;
(three) responsible for organizing the formulation and distribution of doctoral and master's entrance examination admission tickets; Organize to consult, review and sort out the personnel files of doctoral and master students to be admitted; ?
(four) responsible for organizing the registration, qualification examination and examination management of doctoral entrance examination;
(five) responsible for formulating the principles of re-examination for doctoral and master students, and organizing students to re-examine;
(six) responsible for the formulation and reporting of the admission list of doctoral and master students, and the formulation and distribution of the admission notice and admission instructions for freshmen; Formulation and signing of relevant agreements for freshmen's admission;
(seven) responsible for organizing the collation, collation, reporting and distribution of all electronic information data in the enrollment of doctoral and master students, as well as the security and confidentiality of the data;
(eight) responsible for the filing, sorting and preservation of postgraduate enrollment related documents and papers; ?
(nine) to be responsible for the formulation, planning, selection, examination and admission of the relevant documents for recommending exemption master students;
(ten) responsible for the arrangement of MBA enrollment plan, the making of admission list and the issuance of admission notice;
(eleven) combined with their own work, engaged in postgraduate education and scientific research.
Third, the training office
(a) responsible for the formulation and revision of the rules and regulations of postgraduate training; ?
(two) to organize the formulation and revision of postgraduate disciplines, professional training programs, curriculum outlines and curriculum catalogues;
(three) responsible for the construction of postgraduate courses and teaching materials;
(four) responsible for the qualification of graduate teachers, the implementation of teaching tasks, the audit and summary of teachers' workload, the arrangement of public courses, the management of grades and the organization of public course examinations;
(five) responsible for the supervision and inspection of the implementation of postgraduate training plan, mid-term evaluation, course teaching quality inspection, etc., and organize teaching reform;
(six) responsible for the qualification examination of graduates and reporting to the Provincial Department of Education, responsible for electronic registration of academic qualifications and image information collection, graduation certificate issuance and other work;
(seven) to be responsible for the preservation and archiving of postgraduate training management documents, examination papers, examination papers and teaching files of public courses;
(eight) responsible for the teaching arrangement, class fee accounting and payment, performance management, training plan formulation and other public courses such as "on-the-job application for graduate students with the same academic qualifications", "master of engineering" and "on-the-job study for graduate students in colleges and universities";
(nine) responsible for the maintenance of the comprehensive educational administration system for graduate students, the two-way online selection of master tutors, the maintenance of the home page of graduate schools, and the news announcement of the home page.
Fourth, the degree office.
(a) to formulate or revise various rules and regulations and reform measures for graduate degree management;
(two) responsible for organizing the selection and management of doctoral tutors, the examination and approval and management of master tutors, and regularly reporting the information of doctoral and master tutors to Hebei Academic Degree Office;
(three) to perform the daily management of academic degree evaluation committee;
(four) responsible for the qualification examination of doctoral degree applicants in the whole school, and cooperate with academic degree evaluation committee to complete the degree awarding and certificate issuance of doctoral, master's and part-time graduate students;
(five) to be responsible for organizing the selection of national excellent doctoral dissertations and the spot check of doctoral dissertations, organizing the selection of excellent doctoral dissertations and master's dissertations and the spot check of school dissertations, and formulating and implementing measures to ensure the quality of dissertations;
(six) to organize the examination and revision of the training plan, curriculum and syllabus for the on-the-job staff of our school to study for master's degree education, and to be responsible for organizing the supervision and inspection of all links in the training process;
(seven) to be responsible for the collation, compilation and filing of degree documents and postgraduate defense materials. The dissertation shall be sent to the relevant departments in accordance with the regulations, and the information on degree granting shall be summarized and reported to the State Council Academic Degree Office;
(eight) responsible for organizing, reviewing and reporting the materials for applying for new doctoral and master's degree authorization points, and cooperating with the the State Council Academic Degrees Committee and the Hebei Academic Degrees Committee to regularly evaluate the degree authorization points;
(nine) cooperate with the the State Council Academic Degree Office to do a good job in evaluating the quality of national professional degree postgraduate training;
(ten) to declare the new master of engineering authorized engineering field and enrollment plan.
