Thesis evaluation is sent by the graduate school/graduate office of the school to experts outside the school for evaluation.

There are generally three ways for the graduate school/graduate office of the school to send papers to off-campus experts:

1. Send it directly to the Graduate Office of Brother College, and the Graduate Office of Brother College will ask the experts of the school to review it.

2. Send it to the Degree Center of the Ministry of Education (the full name is the Degree and Postgraduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education), and the degree center will be responsible for randomly sending it to experts in related fields.

3. In addition to the degree center of the Ministry of Education, there are also some third-party institutions that cooperate with graduate offices of some schools to find experts to send papers to them.
