2, with a sharp knife, in the whole body of winter jujube, draw a few cuts vertically, not too deep, so as to avoid jujube meat falling during the production process.

3. Melt the white sugar with warm boiled water, soak the winter jujube that has passed through the hole in the sugar water and let it be fully absorbed for about four or five hours until the scratches are obvious.

4, even the sugar water of winter jujube is put into the pot, and the fire is boiled, then turn to a small fire and cook slowly.

5. When the water boils, leaving sticky sugar juice, you can turn off the fire. In the process of cooking, if you want to turn the winter jujube, let it be evenly wrapped in sugar juice, and the action must be gentle to avoid breaking the jujube meat.

6. Put the winter jujube wrapped in sugar solution into the baking tray, and put oil paper on the baking tray. Put it in the oven, heat it up and down at 120 degrees, preheat it for about five minutes, bake it for another four or five minutes, then turn to low heat for about half an hour, and take it out. The skin is dry at this time. (If you don't have an oven at home, you can also spread it on a clean appliance and put it in a cool and ventilated place to dry naturally. It's not as dry as baking in the oven. )

7. After cooling, put it in a sealed jar and store it in a cool and dry place, or put it in the refrigerator for cold storage and carry it with you.
