1, singing posture. In chorus training, standing posture directly affects the smooth breathing and the correct pronunciation when singing. Correct posture is the basis of singing, and chorus training generally adopts standing posture.
First of all, the whole state should be tall and straight, full of vitality, the chest should be stiff and relaxed, the hands should be relaxed and drooping at both sides, the feet should be separated into an outer figure of eight, the width should be equal to the shoulders, the center of gravity should be forward, the neck should be extended upward, the eyes should look straight ahead, and there should be a smile on the face. If the posture of singing is stiff or lazy, it will cause breathing errors, increase the burden of vocal cords, and fail to produce good voice. If this goes on, it will inevitably form a wrong pronunciation method. Therefore, we should always pay attention to training chorus members to keep the correct posture.
2. The breath of singing. The ancients said that "a good singer must first adjust his breath", and modern experts once said that "people who can't breathe can't sing, and the driving force of singing is breath." Visible breath plays an important role in singing. The process of breathing actually includes three parts: inhalation, retention and exhalation.
In the training process, we mainly use visualization methods such as "smelling flowers", "blowing candles" and "breathing like a dog" to let students feel how to inhale, and then keep the inhaled breath well and make an "S" sound to spit it out slowly. Repeated practice in this way, if the chorus members' breath is very smooth and their control ability is very strong, then they can complete all kinds of chorus expressions, and the music interpretation will be very smooth, natural and stretching, which is one of the essential basic skills of the chorus.
3. Vocal methods of singing. Vocalization is the basis of singing and the basic skill of singing well. Without training, students belong to the original timbre. In the training, students are required to imitate the' oral state' when yawning, close their upper and lower lips gently, and climb up from c 1-a 1 by softly singing "m" in the form of chromatic scale. Then I walked down and realized that the sound came from the lower part of the middle of my forehead, causing a feeling of high position. Practice closing before practicing opening. The trading volume is weak first and then strong. You can buy "micro-voice singing" to practice long notes, and then practice short notes and bouncing sounds.
"Micro-voice singing" is to put a song on the basis of taking a deep breath and opening your throat, swing your chin, and keep yawning with the tip of your tongue attached to your lower teeth. Sing it gently with a tiny falsetto first, find the nasal cavity behind the nasal cavity, send it into the head cavity, maintain and continue this feeling, and sing "A".
In the vocal area, practice the treble area first, then the midrange area, then the treble area, and finally the bass area. After a long period of training, from practicing vocal music to singing, students can consciously sing songs with correct vocal methods.
