Famous historians in China, such as Gu Jiegang and Ke Zhao, have published many papers about ancestors and the day after tomorrow, which have aroused repercussions in academic circles. After 20 years' research, Taiwan Province scholar Li Xianzhang finally wrote the book Mazu Belief, which became the first highly academic monograph on Mazu research in China.
