3. Have the corresponding master's degree in medicine and health, obtain the corresponding intermediate health professional technical title and be employed with the intermediate title for more than 4 years.

4. Have a doctor's degree in medicine and health, obtain the corresponding intermediate health professional technical title and be employed with the intermediate title for more than 2 years.

Applicants for senior titles of doctors must have the qualifications of practicing doctors, and obtain the practicing certificate of practicing doctors after registration. The declared professional categories should be consistent with the categories of practicing qualifications of doctors (clinical, public health, stomatology, traditional Chinese medicine, etc.). ). Those who apply for the title of senior nursing must have the qualification of nurse practice and obtain the certificate of nurse practice after registration.

If the professional category of the applicant's current medical title is inconsistent with the practice category of the medical practitioner qualification, its current professional title can be used as the basis for declaring the first-class professional title, but the declared professional category must be consistent with the practice category.

Third, the paper requirements

(a) to declare a professional title, three academic papers must be published by the first author.

The annual business work summary cannot be used as such articles to participate in the review.

5. The graduation thesis of master's and doctoral students cannot be used as a thesis to declare senior titles.

6. The content of the paper should be similar to the declared major.

Fourth, grassroots service requirements

Clinical, traditional Chinese medicine and stomatological medical personnel who apply for the post qualification of deputy chief physician of medical and health units at or above the second level in this city (where the people's government of the city or prefecture is located) shall have worked in county or township medical and health units for more than 6 months and passed the examination.

Health technicians who are over 50 years old or have worked in medical and health units at or below the county level for more than 5 years may be exempted from primary services.

Five, foreign languages (ancient medical literature) and computer ability requirements

(a) foreign language (ancient medical literature) level requirements. Applicants must provide a notice of the results of the national foreign language proficiency test for professional titles (health or comprehensive). Seven, the annual assessment requirements

The annual assessment results for the last five consecutive years (4 years of master's degree and 2 years of doctor's degree) require "qualified" and above.
