Yan Bing's research direction
Mainly engaged in combinatorial chemistry, nano-medicine, nano-toxicology and research and development of new anticancer drugs. The research team he founded is one of the earliest investment portfolio chemistry research teams in the world. At first, he put forward a large number of analysis and purification methods for solid-phase Qualcomm synthesis technology in combinatorial chemistry, which promoted the all-round development of solid-phase synthesis and combinatorial chemistry. According to incomplete statistics, his groundbreaking paper published in Journal of Organic Chemistry 1996 was cited 130 times, and his seven major papers have been cited more than 500 times so far. His research in the synthesis, purification and quality control of combinatorial chemistry and Qualcomm screening of early drug development has reached the leading position in the world. Many compounds developed by him and his assistants have been used in clinical trials of drugs. In 2006, he was in charge of the National Natural Science Foundation project "Developing a new arsenic removal agent for drinking water with special effects by using combinatorial chemistry and Qualcomm screening technology" (project approval number 20577029). He has written 4 monographs in the fields of analytical chemistry and combinatorial chemistry analysis, participated in the preparation of other chapters or review articles of1/kloc-0, published more than 70 papers in high-impact factor SCI magazine, and the published papers have been positively cited by others 1280 times.
