First, parents are very concerned about the service effect. Many places allow charging for this delayed service, but in principle, schools are not allowed to make profits. Of course, some places are free, but parents want to see the effect whether they charge or not. Some schools simply arrange self-study, and teachers have no clear requirements. They just look at the children, and parents think that the children are wasting their time. Some do well, and will carry out some special courses to enrich students' lives. Parents feel that the fees have not achieved the expected results.
Second, the school does not implement the principle of voluntariness, and it is across the board. Teachers have time to make up lessons by using delayed service. This is actually a disguised request for children to participate in delayed service.
Third, not every teacher is willing to delay the service. Because many places are free, the fees will not be very high, and there will be no rewards for attending classes. Teachers don't want to, nor do parents who charge high fees.
Fourth, delaying the service time has not fundamentally solved the problem of parents picking up and dropping off their children. Many parents can't get off work at 4: 00 or 5: 00 an hour, and they have to go to extracurricular custody institutions.
In fact, there will be various contradictions under the new policy, but as long as the school implements the requirements of the Ministry of Education and appropriately charges some fees to ensure the quality, it is a good solution to the implementation of the school, and it will not be implemented and will not make "delayed service" a chicken rib.
