Chronicle of Youth: A New Chronicle of Ten-year Youth Pedigree
Laiyu 1984 local chronicles. At that time, he was a geography teacher in Jian 'ou No.2 Middle School, and he often dabbled in local conditions and customs in his teaching. The rich historical background of his hometown made him determined to compile "Exploring the Origin of Jian 'ou" and systematically introduce the history of Jian 'ou. From 1984 to 1993, Lai worked hard to realize his ideal in the past 10 years. He visited libraries at all levels in provinces and cities for many times and collected four local chronicles of Jian 'ou in different historical periods-Jian 'ou County Chronicle in the Republic of China, Jianning County Chronicle in the Ming Jiajing edition, Jian 'an County Chronicle in the Qing Kangxi edition and Ou County Chronicle. These four old chronicles made him a treasure. With the old records as the foundation, Shao Bo gained more confidence. It took him six years to investigate hundreds of historical records, transcribe thousands of materials and extract tens of thousands of memo cards, and finally completed the 654.38+200,000-word "Exploring the Source of Jian 'ou", which was published by Shanghai East China University of Science and Technology Press. Lai was not satisfied. He constantly supplemented and revised Jian 'ou Procurement. 1999,210000 words of Jian' ou Exploration were successfully reprinted, adding 90000 words. This is the first love of Lai and Fang Zhi.
Write: Draw a historical track with your heart.
After the publication of Exploring the Origin of Jian 'ou, Lai said that at that time, he seemed to have walked into a beautiful picture of Jian 'ou's ancient history, and those touching historical scenery made him never want to go out again. Therefore, he sprouted the idea of copying a set of "Jiajing Jianning Mansion Records". From 1994 to 1997, together with his father, he completed the hand-copying project of the 20-volume thread-bound version of Jianning Fuzhi, a complete edition of Ming Jiajing. In order to keep the original flavor of the old books, they deliberately chose yellow glossy paper and specially printed the back edition of the old books with thread ends. All the words and illustrations are copied by hand with a pen, and the cover and binding are modeled after the original, striving to reflect the original flavor of the old records. In order to let more friends who love old chronicles have their own old chronicles like him, Lai reprinted this set of old chronicles in the original format. After the second edition came out, the 100 set was quickly "robbed" by colleagues. This is the second love affair between Lai and Fang Zhi.
Chronicle of the Times: New Ambition in the Internet Age
In 2005, the second round of local chronicles compilation project started. At this time, Lai was transferred to the Jian 'ou Local Records Compilation Committee to preside over the work and served as the editor-in-chief of Jian 'ou Local Records. With the advent of the information age, Lai liberated the compilation and application of local chronicles from the stale "old paper pile" and caught the express train in the network age.
In 2006, Jian 'ou City opened the "Jian 'ou Geographic Information Resource Network" and built an open geographic information and data platform. At present, the click rate of the website has exceeded 654.38+0.3 million. Shao Bo said happily, this is much better than a book. In September of the same year, Lai started the new action of information construction of local chronicles-the establishment of digital geographic information center, and the establishment of the first local chronicles showroom in northern Fujian on the third floor of Jian 'ou administrative center building. The Geographic Information Center has a database of Jian 'ou county annals, Jian 'ou city annals, Jian 'ou geographic information series, local chronicles of counties (cities, districts) all over the country, Jian 'ou city annals, Fujian Province and so on. In addition, it also has a special digital CD database and photo image database, and all the book catalogues are input into the computer. At present, the Geographic Information Center has thousands of books and more than ten thousand books. In addition, from 2006 to 2008, 23 kinds of CDs were burned successively. Except for more than 80 CDs, the rest were given to all walks of life for free. This is an indissoluble bond between an "ambition fan" and local chronicles, and it is also an "ambition fan" Lai's three life sketches. From a young middle school teacher to an expert in local chronicles, Lai's successful experience also illustrates the life truth of "where there is a will, there is a way".
