Format requirement
1. Title: Be concise, clear and general, with no more than 20 words.
2. Abstract: There should be a high degree of generality and concise language. Chinese abstract 100? 200 words;
3. Keywords: Choose 3 ~ 5 words that can best express the main content from the title or text of the paper as keywords.
4. Contents: Write the contents and indicate the page numbers.

The number of words in the text of graduation thesis is generally more than 3000 words.
Text of graduation thesis: including preface, thesis and conclusion.
The preface is the first part of the paper, which mainly explains the purpose, practical significance and understanding of the research problems, and puts forward the central argument of the paper. The preface should be concise, not too long.
This thesis is the main body of graduation thesis, including research contents and methods, experimental materials, experimental results and analysis (discussion). In this part, we should use various research methods and experimental results to analyze problems, demonstrate opinions, and try our best to reflect our scientific research ability and academic level.
The conclusion is the conclusion part of the graduation thesis, which is a conclusion made around this theory. Its basic point is to summarize the full text and deepen the meaning of the problem.
6. Thank you: briefly describe my experience in writing my graduation thesis, and express my gratitude to the instructor and the relevant personnel who assisted in completing the thesis.
7. References: At the end of the graduation thesis, the monographs, papers and other materials cited in the thesis should be listed, and the listed references should be arranged in the order of references or citations.

The first chapter is the introduction, including the significance and background of the topic, the main research content and the chapter arrangement of the paper.
The second chapter briefly introduces the background content, such as AS400 RPG.
The third chapter is the overall design of the system, including demand analysis. In summing up the design, be careful not to use the tone of the document, but to use the tone of discussion.
The fourth chapter is the realization of key technologies, including the core data structure and algorithm.
The fifth chapter is the test and conclusion.

A complete graduation thesis defense draft or design report usually consists of title, abstract, table of contents, introduction, text, conclusion, references and appendix. The writing method must be printed by computer and have electronic documents.
1, structure
Title: Title, whose main function is to summarize the central content of the whole paper. Therefore, the topic should be accurate, appropriate, vivid, short and concise.
Abstract: Abstract is a high generalization of the paper and an indispensable part of a long paper. It is required to write in Chinese and English respectively, and an abstract should be no less than 400 words. Mark 3 at the end? Five key words.
Table of contents: reflecting the outline of the paper. The table of contents should list the titles and font sizes of all the components of the whole paper, and indicate the page numbers item by item, including the page numbers of references, appendices, charts, indexes and other affiliated parts, so as to facilitate readers to find them.
The purpose and significance of the design, and briefly introduce the development of the design project. Preface and abstract are not exactly the same. It should be highly summarized and concise. The preface can be more specific, and the text is about 1000 words.
Text: The text of the paper is the author's detailed description of his own development work. It shall include the following contents:
① Project demand analysis
② Brief design description
③ Design methods and means
④ Demonstration and realization of design scheme.
Conclusion: The conclusion includes the summary of the whole design work. The engineering value and the possibility of popularization and application in practice are pointed out. The conclusion should be simple and clear, the wording should be rigorous, but it should be easy to understand.
Acknowledgement: For the instructor of graduation design (thesis), students, colleagues and collectives who have given useful suggestions or help to graduation design (thesis), they should express their gratitude in writing at the end of the thesis, and the words should be sincere and realistic.
References: In general, all references cited in the paper should be listed. Format: serial number, author's name, book or article name, publishing unit, publishing time, chapter page number, etc. When using references in a paper, the serial number of the reference should be indicated.
Graduation design summary: The main content is to write my own understanding of graduation design, as well as my own experience and views.
Appendix: Attach important data, procedures and other materials that are inconvenient to put into the text after the paper for readers' reference when reading the paper. At the same time, you can also refer to the graduation thesis reference model essay.

(1) Chinese abstract:
1 center printing? Abstract? Two characters (bold number 3) with a character in the middle.

(2) English abstract:

② Leave four spaces at the beginning of each paragraph of the abstract.

(4) Preface:? Foreword? The word "No.3" is bold and printed in the center; Is there an empty space between the two words? Characters.
(5) Text: The title of each chapter is printed in the center with bold No.3; In the next chapter, the empty two-line part is printed from the left in bold No.4, and the empty one-line part is printed from the left in small bold No.4. (6) References: according to the order of references in the paper, they are numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals; Every item in the reference should be complete.
