Can injection of lumbar process remove roots?
Cervical disc herniation (cervical spondylosis) often occurs in people who work at their desks for a long time. The herniated nucleus pulposus compresses carotid artery blood vessels, spinal canal and nerve roots, resulting in insufficient blood supply to spinal canal, nerve root injury and corresponding dizziness, brain swelling, dizziness, tinnitus, numbness of one or both hands, muscle atrophy and even paraplegia. Lumbar disc herniation (lumbar process) is generally caused by heavy physical labor, strenuous exercise or long-term sedentary. Clinical prominent nucleus pulposus and compression lead to the injury of spinal canal and cauda equina plexus, resulting in unilateral or bilateral lower limbs radiating pain down the sciatic nerve, leg muscles atrophy, unable to walk, lumbar spine bending to the healthy side, severe cases of perineum numbness, swelling, incontinence, until lower limbs paralysis.

The common treatments for disc herniation (cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation) include massage, traction, cupping and sticking, so as to relax muscles, promote blood circulation and relieve pain. However, due to the obstruction of muscles, fascia, ligament and spinous process on the protruding part and the surface of nucleus pulposus prolapse, it is difficult for the above treatment methods to achieve the goal of radical cure. Even if the symptoms disappear for a period of time, the prominent part still exists, and it will recur with a little fatigue, forming calcification for a long time and compressing the spinal canal nerves for a long time, with serious consequences. Therefore, reducing the nucleus pulposus protruding from intervertebral space is the basis of treating disc herniation. In the past, most patients were treated by surgery, but there were many contraindications for surgical treatment.

Tian Jiaqing, a member of China Soft Tissue Pain Society, has been visiting the rehabilitation center for neck, shoulder, back and leg pain in Jinan Huaxia Hospital all the year round. He put forward a brand-new concept in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and lumbar disc herniation, and adopted three-dimensional computerized rotational therapy, which achieved satisfactory results. It is one of the most advanced methods to treat cervical spondylosis and lumbar disc herniation at present, which fills the gap in medicine.

Intervertebral disc herniation is a frequently-occurring and common disease, which occurs in young adults. The main clinical manifestations are cervical disc herniation (cervical spondylosis) and lumbar disc herniation (lumbar disc herniation). Because there is generally no obvious inducement for the onset of disc herniation, it is mostly caused by working in a posture for a long time or suddenly exerting improper force, so the incidence of this disease is high and it is difficult to prevent, which brings great pain to patients' work, study and life.

The traditional treatment methods of disc herniation (cervical spondylosis and lumbar disc herniation) include massage, traction, cupping and sticking. However, due to the isolation of muscles, fascia, ligament and spinous process on the outer surface of the protruding part, it is difficult for the above treatment methods to achieve the goal of radical cure. Even if the symptoms disappear for a period of time, the prominent part still exists, and a slight fatigue will recur, forming calcification for a long time, which will have serious consequences for long-term compression of spinal nerves. However, surgical treatment is taboo, traumatic, painful, complicated and dangerous, and it may recur after long-term rest after operation. Therefore, the recovery of nucleus pulposus protruding from intervertebral space is the key to treat disc herniation.

With the introduction of a new generation of advanced medical equipment, Guo Guanglin, director and experts of the neck, shoulder, back and leg pain treatment center of Jinan Huaxia Hospital, took the lead in introducing fully computerized three-dimensional spinal treatment equipment in China after long-term investigation and repeated argumentation. The therapeutic principle of the device is that through the effective combination of clinical medicine and physical dynamics, the patient's clinical symptoms and imaging data are converted into data and input into a computer, and at the same time of comprehensive control by the computer, the lateral, longitudinal and rotational three-dimensional movements can be completed instantly, so that the protruding intervertebral disc can be completely reset or its relationship with nerve roots can be changed. The advantage of this system is that it is safe, painless, fast and difficult to relapse. Patients can easily go home after 2-4 hours of rest after treatment.

Cervical spondylosis is treated by three-dimensional computer and laser "two-combination therapy", aiming at the pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis, improving the immunity of the body and achieving the goal of rapid cure.

Today, the neck, shoulder, back and leg pain center of Huaxia Hospital has gone through four spring and autumn periods. Under the careful treatment of Director Guo and his experts, nearly 60,000 patients have been freed from the troubles of cervical spondylosis and lumbar disc herniation. The center's paper "Three-dimensional rotational reduction therapy 10000 cases of cervical and lumbar disc herniation" was highly praised by experts at the international medical conference.
