This series of studies and the resulting monograph "Reflection and Construction of Teaching Theory" were well received by domestic teaching theorists and won the second prize of the second national education book in 2002. Research on Basic Problems of Teaching Theory clearly expounds the research object, subject characteristics, subject system and application function of teaching theory, explains modern teaching theory, deeply analyzes the theoretical and practical problems in teaching field, combs the historical pulse, and is related to teaching life in the new century. The published series of papers and the resulting monograph Introduction to Teaching Theory have been recognized by peers. Research on Curriculum and Teaching Theory systematically summarizes the research on curriculum and teaching theory in China, forming Twenty Years of Research on Teaching Theory and Twenty Years of Research on Curriculum Theory, which are listed as required reading documents for graduate students in many normal universities and have played a positive role in the construction of teaching theory. This direction adapts to the needs of educational informationization and information technology education, integrates curriculum and teaching theory with modern teaching design and technology, makes in-depth and detailed analysis and research on teachers' teaching behavior, explores the design, development, application, management and evaluation of teaching process and learning resources, and undertakes the project of the Tenth Five-Year Youth Fund for Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education "Application Mode of Generative Teaching Theory and Its Experimental Research" and the key project of Shandong Social Science Planning "Current Situation and Countermeasures of Digital Curriculum Resources Construction of Basic Education"; The research on teachers' professional development comprehensively examines the process of teachers' growth from a vertical perspective, systematically studies the generation of teachers' teaching beliefs, knowledge and wisdom, explores the characteristics and laws of teachers' development, constructs teachers' growth model, and seeks effective strategies for teachers' professional development. He presided over the 10th Five-Year Fund Project of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, Research on Teachers' Development Models and Strategies, a major social science planning project of Shandong Province, Research on the Generation and Strategies of Teachers' Educational Knowledge and Wisdom, and a key educational science project of Shandong Province during the Tenth Five-Year Plan, and worked out the experimental plan and development plan for the comprehensive reform of teachers' education in Shandong Province. The study of Chinese curriculum and teaching explores a new theoretical structure that can reveal the characteristics and laws of Chinese education. In China, the theory of Chinese education wisdom, the theory of Chinese education development, the theory of Chinese education aesthetics and the theory of Chinese education behavior were first systematically studied and constructed. At the same time, from the needs of Chinese curriculum reform, the development theory of Chinese teachers is deeply studied, including creative teaching strategy theory, discovery learning psychology theory, holistic teaching system theory and developmental teaching ecology theory.
